整體來說這個地點算不錯，理由雙子星很近，走路5分鐘內，附近還有公園，不過可能服務人員比較少，會比較忙碌需要等待，也有可能是跨年所以入住的人比較多，泳池設施也有，在22樓，另外還有付費的洗衣房，我們洗5公斤以內的衣服是21.6馬幣，要自助洗衣，洗完在拿到烘衣機烘，需要欸先去櫃檯購買代幣，房間內整潔度還不錯，但是我們有小孩需要使用浴缸；有另外自己在消毒浴缸，這個如果要使用浴缸的人可能要自帶消毒錠或者使用泡澡袋，我們刷了一下還是有汙垢，其他都很好，空間也很大，雖然也有給予廚房和廚具，不過外賣的東西太多了，所以就沒使用到。

酒店很不錯. 地理位置優越. 服務也中規中矩. 主要是房間夠大. 適合全家出行. 去哪裡都比較方便. 衹是早餐有點拉垮. 不是很推薦定早餐. 除了早餐其它都還不錯！

第一次入住公寓式酒店，感覺這樣的酒店還真不錯，房間面積真大，除了不能洗衣服，其他完全和家庭一樣，很適合拖家帶口的一家人住。這個酒店位置極佳，就在市中心，去網紅打卡地雙子塔僅幾分鐘的步行距離，酒店的工作人員服務態度很好，見面都是主動打招呼，尤其是會華語的工作人員會回答任何問題，會介紹入住後的相關情況，還會幫忙叫車，房間面積寬敞，設施完備完好，雖然距離裝修有好幾年的時間，其各方面維護保養很好，還有一個值得一提的就是，就是上下樓的電梯永遠都是電梯等人，而不是人等電梯。其酒店早餐就餐環境不錯，其品種不多，選擇餘地不大。

I really enjoyed my stay at this premium apartment. Cleanliness is impeccable. The room interior decor is luxurious and very well equipped. Very confortable beddings. Swimming pool and gym facilities with a great view of KLCC area. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Provided detailed information about amenities upon check-in. Definitely will return to stay when i'm in KL.

Ascott KL is centrally located just a 5 minutes walk from KLCC, super convenient to head back to hotel after the fountain show. I booked through 訂房網站 but they told me I had to pay the tourism tax but shortly after, refunded me. Was a bit confused the my requirement of doing so but I've left it at that

We are two families of 7pax going for a weekend overnight outing. We checked in an Airbnb with 4.95 rating and to our horror the place smells like sewerage, human waste in toilet bowl, curtain falls of rail, stained bedsheet etc all the horrible things you can think of. It was a nightmare, definitely not a 4.95 experience. We left the place in disgust and in the hurry to find new place to stay, by luck we found this gem online. Mind you we stayed in many of the 4-5* hotels in the kl golden triangle area and i don’t know why we never thought of Ascott KL even though we frequent Ascott Penang. The other hotels were good, but for the size of my company, this place is perfect! Some may say the design is from the last season, but we don’t mind it at all. Its clean, has great facilities, spacious, absent from foul odour even in the toilet. That’s all we ask for! Shoutout to the team especially Ms Shahira who listens to our story sympathetically and went above and beyond to turn our disastrous day back into an enjoyable one. We’d probably return soon!

酒店位置距離很好市中心的中心唯一就是平時工作日出行注意堵車畢竟是在中心的單行道上所以還是得提前出門。酒店設施雖然有翻新過但是還是偏舊，總體來説出差什麼的還可以畢竟挺方便的

ホテルは良いのですがフロント対応が最悪で予約の部屋をホテル側が間違えたにも関わらず部屋変更出來ない。新たに部屋を予約して下さい。ありえない！完全にホテルのミスなのにでは返金下さいにも応じてくれない。4日間で10時間もフロントにて話し合いに時間が費やされ仕事に支障をきたした。20萬円損害！常識ないのでは？とのフロントに話したらはいそうですと。空いた口が塞がらない。従業員のレベルは最低。上司も同じ。このホテルは絶対やめた方が良い。トラブル対応が出來ないので！
